I - General principles of accounting export

It is possible to generate and export accounting entries related to sales and retail sales settlements from Fastmag.

The text file containing the entries can be in the format of the accounting software to import the entries (see the list in the exports). It is also available in FEC tax format.

The file can be communicated in different ways:

• sent by email as attachments to your company's accountant and accountant.
• be downloaded from the export landing page.
• be deposited into an FTP account on a daily basis.

The structure of the writing will be as follows:

• Amount of duty-free sale credited to the sales account
• amount of VAT credited to the VAT account
• amount including VAT of the collection debited from the account corresponding to the method of payment

It is possible to make bank discounts in Fastmag, these can be exported to the file of entries (default option) or not according to your wishes.

The diagram of the bank handout entry will then be:

• amount including VAT of the collection to the credit of the account corresponding to the method of payment
• total amount of receipts selected in the bank account debit (Total amount of the discount).

If you have set up cash expenses, it is possible to export the entries related to them.

For reasons of simplification of processing at the level of the cash register, the amount of VAT of the expenditure is not requested. It will therefore be necessary for the accounting department to make the VAT entry.

The scheme of writing expenses will be as follows:

• amount including VAT of the expense debited from the expense account set up in the expense
• amount including VAT of the expense to the credit of the cash account (the shop can only make a refund in cash)

It is possible in the accounting settings to specify an account suffix for the store.

Example:

If the accounting code is equal to 01 and the sales account is equal to 7070$MAG.

The sales account in the entries file will be the 707001 (the program replaces the $MAG variable with the accounting code of the store).

For some export format, it is possible to export an analytical station. This is the store code of Fastmag.

The wise export format only allows 3 characters in the log code
