Article Summary

To create a product sheet you have to go to the menu

Path: Management / Products / Product sheets (accessible by default from level 4)

Click on the "Create a new product" button

In the "Product reference to create" box, enter your vendor's item number or your own product repository.

The + button is used to assign an automatic number (0000001, then 0000002...)

Once the reference is created we must enter the product sheet, by default all fields except REFERENCE, are empty:

The fields to be filled in at least (depending on the activity) are:

  • Designation: Description of the product, which will be displayed on the receipt and appears on the sales screen (maximum 30 characters).

  • the Supplier: To associate a product with an order and/or receipt

The complementary fields are:

  • Brand: May be different from supplier
  • Model: Model name (it can be identical for several products)
  • Material: Composition of the product (ex: 100% cotton)
  • The theme: The name of a collection (ex: Hawaii)
