F - Loyalty - Coupon management

The customer receives a coupon code which allows him to benefit from a discount coupon in percentage or in amount on an article or a selection of articles valid over a given period.

Possibility of imposing a minimum purchase or a minimum number of items.

This loyalty program is valid in store

Management / Commercial activity / Coupons management

1. Paramétrages
   
   
   Click on "Add a coupon".
   • Indicate the name of the discount code
   • Start date and time
   • End date and time
   • Indicate the discount rate or the discount amount
   • Indicate if there is a minimum purchase amount to benefit from the discount
   • Indicate the item(s) concerned by respecting the syntax as in the example below (optional)
   • Check "Coupon reusable several times by the same customer" if the customer can benefit several times from the discount during the period.

     Example : from 28/11 to 28/12

2. Use in store

   Possibility to select or not a customer to benefit from the coupon.

   Type the item(s) concerned in the coupon code

   Click on the drop-down menu of "Other actions" and select "Use a coupon".
   
   Enter the coupon code and click on "Use coupon".
   
   The discount coupon on the product(s) is deducted from the sale.
   
   

   Finalize the sale by indicating the method of payment and save.

   On the cash register Z, the discount coupon is marked as a product and not as a discount or price change.
