E - Loyalty - Sales discount

The customer receives a discount on the amount of his purchases. The discount is valid for a period of days. This program allows to select the customers who have met the criteria and allows to send the gift certificate by SMS or Email only. The customer's turnover will be reset to zero when the gift certificate is issued.

1. Indicate the criteria to be met to generate a gift card that will be sent by SMS or email to each customer. Check "Activate the launching of the procedure which will be done every day". Indicate if the customer is notified first by SMS and then by email or by email and then SMS.
   
2. Creation of SMS mail

   Management / System settings / General settings / Mail management
   
   

   Click on "Add a mail".

   In "Name of the mail", indicate cardcadeauremise then fill in the message in the body of the SMS intended for the customers. Finish by clicking on "Add".

   
   

3. Mail creation

   Management / System settings / General settings / CMS Fastmag.
   
   Click on "Create a page".
   Dans le nom, indiquer CARTECADEAUREMISE, give a title to the mail and check "Visible" then enter the body of the mail and click on "Save".
