O - Use of Digitaleo

Digitaleo is a CRM that allows you to create offers and discount coupons in relation to the points acquired during checkout. These offers will be available in Fastmag.

• The Digitaleo configuration must first be set up in Fastmag.

Management of commercial offers:

Go to the Management/Business Activity menu.

Choose the Digitaleo Offer Management menu.

You must then synchronize the offers by clicking on the button below.

The available offer(s) will appear on the screen.

These offers can be deleted and synchronized again.

Use of coupons:

The customer is mandatory on sale to use this function.

The function is available in the Other actions menu of the sales module.

It is also possible to create a button for sale:

Path: Go to Management/Tools and settings/System settings

Path: Then click in stores/Buttons of the products on sale

Enter DIGITALEO in the product field and click Add.

Enter the following condition in the link field:

• Ips? Depart=1&Client=$$v:@clientcode

Enter in the Label field:

• COUPON DIGITALEO

Then click on edit

The button is available for sale.

Once the product(s) have been entered and the customer present in the sales screen, click on the button:

The following screen appears

Go to the Offers tab to get the coupons. Click Get.

The coupon can be used with the Redeem button.

The coupon creates a relist.
