Procedure to use when a customer comes back to exchange one or more items, but has no Fastmag receipt (and no record in the sales history). This is useful if you are moving from your old cashiering software to Fastmag, which does not have a history of your previous sales.
Click on the "Return Customer" button.
Enter the item the customer is returning. Repeat the operation if the customer has several items to return (the red icon will flash each time). The procedure for generating a credit note, making an exchange or a refund is the same as for a return with a Fastmag receipt.
