Procedure for updating customs codes for Planet Payment users

If you are connected to Planet Payment through Fastmag, you now have a tool to automatically apply to all your products the customs code corresponding to their category.

1) Update the default customs code

1. Go to the settings page:

Path: Management> Tools and settings > System settings > General settings > Folder settings > Tax refund tab

1. Then click on "Global settings"

1. Add the product code for the main product category you're selling
2. Click "Save"
3. Click "Initialize" to apply this code to all your unfilled products

2) You can then update the customs codes for products that do not match the main category previously entered.

1. Recall the product sheet by doing a search
2. Click on the Trading tab of the product sheet
3. Fill in the "Duty-free customs code" field (at the bottom of the Trading tab of the product sheet)
4. Click "Save"
5. Replicate the operation on each product sheet for which the customs code is to be updated
