A - Modification of sales lines

1. Delete a payment before saving the sale:

Click on the "Remove" button found in the settlement area; the last settlement entered will be deleted.

2. Price and quantity changes on the line:

To change the price, apply a discount... Click on the "Modify" button at the end of the sales line.

There is another way to change the price, the quantity, to apply a discount...

Enter the new value in the input box and click on one of the 4 buttons at the bottom right according to the desired action.

In case several items have been called for sale, the change applies only to the highest sales line.

Enter the new value in the input box and click on the "Change" button of the corresponding line.

Examples:

3. Changes on the last item called :

Change product designation (user security level 3)

Useful if the customer wants a specific designation on his ticket or invoice

Click on the "Modify" button at the end of the line

• Delete a sales line 

Click on the " Delete " button of the concerned sales line.

• Changes on the global ticket

a - Discount in % on the total amount of the ticket

To apply the same discount on all the articles, first indicate the % discount in the input box, then click on the button "Discount %".

The discount appears on the sales screen. Click on the "Save" button to confirm the sale; the discount will appear on the receipt.

b - Discount in Euros on the total amount of the ticket

To make a monetary discount on the whole ticket, first indicate the amount to be deducted in the input box, then click on the "Discount" button.

The application of a discount results in a discount on each of the sales lines.It is possible that due to rounding, decimals appear on the total amount of the sale. Click on the “Save” button to validate the sale.
