L - Get a quote

Introduction: 

 

It is recommended to associate the quote with a customer (it can be found in the “History” tab of the customer file and in the “Quote” tab in the History menu).

 

1. Make a quote:

Scan the product(s), call or create a customer and click on the “Other Actions” drop-down list at the bottom of the screen.

Select the function "Make a quote", a quote ticket prints with the items previously scanned. All like a sale, a credit note, a deposit, the quote has a traceability number

2. Recall a quote:

Click on the “History” menu, the list of the operations carried out in the cash desk of the current day appears.

In the "History" tab, you can choose to beep the quote ticket or type its number..

 

It is also possible, to recall a quote, to click on the “Quote” tab from the history menu, by clicking on the “Recall” button to have it back on sale. 

 

It is possible to add products if necessary. 

A quote remains valid as long as it is not completed or cancelled. It has no impact on the stocks.

 

 

3. Cancel a quote :

It is also possible to cancel a quote if the customer wants to, just click on the quote number.

Then click on "cancel the ticket QUOTE N°xxx".
