C - The seasons produced

Textile products are produced by season, these are often grouped in pairs, Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer. With the arrival of Fast-Fashion, several collections can be produced over a season (hence the presence of the Theme field in the product sheet).

It is customary to use a bill of materials to name it in the product sheet.

Ex  of seasons (attention the number of characters allowed is 10 maximum):

• PE19 | EP2019 | AH19 | AH2019
• ETE19 | PRINTEMP19 | FALL19 | WINTER19

A seasonal item has a lifespan, it will usually be sold during periods.

It can also be renewed for the next season, in this case, it is preferable to create a new product reference (by adding for example the last two digits of the year. Ex 19FAS235643).

It is also possible to change the season of a product later in the sheet but, the sales history of the old disappears in favor of the new one.

A season can also be permanent (often labeled PERMANENT or PERM)
