J - Launch of accounting export

Path : Management - Tools and settings - Periodic processing - Accounting - Export shop accountant

Enter the launch parameters for the following accounting bridge:

• FYI the FEC format is the format used by the tax administration

1 - Fastmag Boutique Export Template:

2 - Export the entries from Fastmag Boutique:
Click on the "Management" button.
In terms of "Tools and settings", choose the option "Periodic treatments".
At the "Accounting" level, select "Export accountant shop".
Enter the following accounting bridge launch parameters:

• Period start and end date
• Company code of grouping of stores: only stores with this company code will be taken into account in the export otherwise launch them one after the other by changing the store code
• e-mail address of the accountant so that he receives a copy of the file of entries
• Your email address: indicate the address of the person who processes the accounting entry file
• Message to accompany the accounting file: subject of the email (specify the sign)
• Accounting data export format: choose the file export format.
