MANAGEMENT OF APPROACH FEES IN FASTMAG RECEPTIONS
The objective:
Be able to value the receipts of stocks by including the costs of approaches (postage, handling, customs, ...) but also all the items included in the calculation of the cost price (supplier discount for example)
How we do it:
We allow the addition of line in receptions with a family valued at ~FRESH.
When acknowledging receipt, we add up the value of the ~FEE lines and prorate the value of each line to the unit price.
The quantity is then reset so as not to total 2 times the value of the costs in the same reception.
Example:
QTE ----- | PRODUCT ------------------------ | FAMILY --------------------- | Px Purchase ------------------ | Total excl. VAT --------------------- |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | ANGELA | SHIRT | 14 | 14 |
3 | POP | TROUSERS | 12 | 36 |
-1 | DISCOUNT | ~FRESH | 10 | -10 |
4 | HANDLING | ~FRESH | 2 | 8 |
1 | SHIPPING COSTS | ~FRESH | 20 | 20 |
------------------- 68 |
The total value of this reception is 68 euros including 18 euros ~EXPENSES.
We will distribute the 18 euros of fees on the 50 euros of product.
ANGELA : price = 14 + (18 * 14 / 50) / 1 = 19.04
POP: price = 12 + (18 * 36 / 50) / 3 = 16.32
We obtain after acknowledgment of receipt:
QTE ------- | PRODUCT ------------------------ | FAMILY ------------------- | Px Purchase ------------------ | Total excl. VAT --------------------- |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | ANGELA | SHIRT | 19.04 | 19.04 |
3 | POP | TROUSERS | 16.32 | 48.96 |
0 | -1 X DISCOUNT | ~FRESH | 10 | 0 |
0 | 4 X HANDLING | ~FRESH | 2 | 0 |
0 | 1 X SHIPPING | ~FRESH | 20 | 0 |
------------------- 68 |
After the acknowledgment of receipt, the shop sales lines containing the stock IDs of the products contained in the receipt, will have their AP updated with the AP recalculated in relation to the approach fees.
The trading lines are not updated, it is necessary to resume the PA of the stock line.
