K- Loyalty - Conditional discounts

Ability to assign a discount rate on all products or on product families or sub-families by customer categories.

The customer receives a discount only if he is part of a customer group. The grouping of customers is managed in the customer master record. Ability to apply filters to a product family or subfamily to apply a discount. Ability to manage multiple types of customer groupings. This discount can be deactivated manually.

Prerequisite: 

To be able to activate the conditional discount program, the name of the collection must be indicated in advance in the customer records. Use the drop-down menu at the end of the line to view the names of existing collections.

1. Settings:

Path: Management / Tools and settings / System settings / Store / Management of conditional discounts

• General case:  All stores of the brand
  Click on "Add a discount"
  Select the collection name using the drop-down menu
  Possibility to select a family or subfamily, if the family and subfamily fields are empty the discount will apply on all products.
  Possibility to set several discount rates according to families and subfamilies for a single group (example VP).
  Indicate the discount rate
  Click Add.
  Ability to edit or delete discounts manually.
  Check "Enable conditional sales discounts".

• Case by store
  The procedure is identical to the general case
  Choose the store
  Ability to copy paste the discount to another store.
  Possibility to make personalized discounts per store even if the general case exists.
  The case by store predominates over the general case.

Example :

General case: merchant group is entitled to a 10% discount. 

At the same time,

Case by store: merchant group is entitled to a 15% discount

On sale, it is the 15% discount that will be made to the customer.

2. Use for sale:
Select the customer, if it is part of the grouping, the discount is automatically made on the bipped items and which are part of the conditional discounts.

Select the payment method and finalize the collection.
