J - Shortcut buttons in sales

It is possible to create additional buttons on your cash register screen, such as:

• shortcuts for closing the cash register
• specific reporting statements
• products that can be billed to the customer such as alterations, shipping costs
• shortcuts to a group of products
• various products for which you determine the price according to the sale
• apply a discount in %.

You must first allow the list of products in the cash register to be visible in: * 

* management, system settings, store settings, settings, see the list of products in the cash register

1 - Create a product sheet:

Management, product, product card, the "? is the symbol that will determine the price on sale:

2 - For the family, use ~ so the reference will not affect the stock:

3 - Click on propagate, and select the stores or propagate the product sheet:

4 - Set up your buttons on a product sheet:

You can set up buttons for stores or for one or more specific users:

Click on add, then determine the color and position on the sales screen (1, 2,3 etc....)

5 - Set up your buttons via a URL link:

You can set a button that will allow you, for example, to have the bank discount directly on your sales page, for this:

you must be on your server (ost81.fastmag.fr) but not on the application:

a - click on the desired report, here "Statements and reports" "bank deposit slips

b - copy the URL link behind your server name after/

EX: vmhu51.fastmag.fr / DepotBanque.ips ? Reset

Then follow the same handling as before by pasting the link in the 1st box 'LINK', put a color and a number of display order

You can add as many buttons as necessary, and COPY / PASTE them in the other stores
