Principle:
Fastmag always offers a credit note, this credit note is refundable by a payment method and publishes a cash register. There are two ways to refund depending on the settings chosen in Fastmag.

Method 1:

The option must be activated in the settings of the stores, tab "settings". This option inserts an intermediate screen allowing you to choose, in case of return of goods, to issue a credit note or to refund the credit note directly by a payment method.



First, a credit note is generated. This credit note can be transformed into a refund if needed. Click on the "Save" button to validate the return and print the credit note. Click on "Return to Sale" to confirm the issue of the credit note.


To refund the credit note, click on the method of payment to refund the customer (Card, cash...) A credit note and a regulation ticket will be printed, keep them to justify your cash register.



In case of cash refund, the amount will be deducted from the cash balance.

Method 2:

To refund a credit by a mode of payment on sale,the option must be activated in the store settings, “settings” tab. It is possible to refund a credit note without an intermediary refund proposal screen.


First, a credit note is generated.

On the sale screen, click on the “credit note” button



Tap the barcode of the credit note or enter the credit note number manually and click on "Search".

Choose the method of payment by which the credit note will be refunded. Click on save.

Fastmag issues a cash register that indicates that the credit note has been refunded by the method of payment.
